Forever Workshops is a series of one day educational workshops that teach
relationship and communication skills for individuals and
couples at any stage of their relationship. The environment
is fun, non-threatening, relaxed and interactive. It is
professionally guided with Powerpoint and video clips.

For couples who are dating, engaged, newly wed, happily
married,
struggling, divorced, separated or remarried. This
training is offered by a PAIRS trained professional.

PAIRS FOR PEERS offers age
appropriate educational programs for youths.
Their interactive programs are offered in the classroom
and in small group settings.
The youths are taught skills to enhance their
communication, build empathy, appreciate others,
respect differences, and build self-awareness. This
program is fun and age appropriate. Lessons include
brief lectures, role play, interactive exercises, peer
coaching, imagery and journaling, as wall as group
discussion.

The primary objective is listening and facilitating
dialogue. Engaged couples can express their thoughts and
feelings openly and honestly to each other within the
framework of a listening and loving atmosphere.
FOCCUS IS a research-based premarital INVENTORY of 156 basic
questions on marriage and of 33 additional specialized
questions on interfaith, remarriage, and cohabitation. This
inventory can provide the means by which a couple can OWN
and SHAPE their marriage preparation process. It is a tool
to facilitate open communication.
REFOCCUS

A refresher for couples who have previously participated in
the FOCCUS inventory program.
REFOCCUS explores how the relationship has grown and helps
pinpoint areas where further work is necessary. It is ideal
for couples who have been married for 5 years or more.
REFOCCUS is written to affirm and promote growth in strong
marriages; it is written to give direction and help to the
ordinary couple struggling with the daily questions of
marriage.
REFOCCUS will surface through sharing, listening,
discussion, and problem-solving:

What individual and couple strengths and weaknesses are in
the topic area;

What growth has occurred over years in the areas being
“refocused”;

What feelings and thoughts both husband and wife have about
the area today;

What problem-solving is needed in the area;
What growth, change or
development each one and the couple together, are ready
to do.

Well, it doesn’t have to be! Your mind needs to know what
to look for in order to shape an accurate profile of the
person you are dating. And your heart needs to know how to
keep proper balances between the bonding forces which form
the attachment in your growing relationship.
By following the successful and scientifically based program on "How
to Avoid Marrying a Jerk or Jerkette"
you can give love 20/20 vision and see your partner for who
that person really is.
Healthy
relationships are in fact built on love, trust, commitment,
intimacy and attachment.
How to Avoid Marrying a Jerk(ette)
is being taught in seven
countries and 45 states by hundreds of churches, single
organizations, educational settings and agencies.
PREPARE/ENRICH
PREPARE
is for premarital counseling and education.
ENRICH is for marriage counseling and
education. Both programs include a comprehensive couple
assessment and six skill building exercises to help couples
improve their relationship skills.
PREPARE/ENRICH is a program based on a set of five inventories that
examine major relationship issues a couple may experience.
These inventories are administered by a trained
PREPARE/ENRICH Counselor and include 4-6 feedback sessions
in which the counselor facilitates discussion between the
couple based on their inventory results.
What are the major goals of the
PREPARE-ENRICH Program?
The six goals are:
- To explore Relationship Strengths and Growth Areas
- To learn Assertiveness and Active Listening Skills
- To learn how to resolve conflict using the Ten Step Model
- To help the couple discuss their Family-of-Origin
- To help the couple with financial planning and budgeting
- To focus on personal, couple and family goals
